Ibrahim Mundyathadka

Chairman and Managing Partner

Mr. Ibrahim Mundyathadka, based in Kumbala, Kasaragod, is a well-known social activist and successful entrepreneur. With multiple Master's Degrees in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, and an MSW from reputable universities, his academic background is impressive.

He has been deeply involved in social and political causes since his school days, holding key roles in organizations like the Muslim Student Federation and Smastha Kerala Sunni Bala Vedi. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Planning Board for the Manjeshwara block panchayath and is active in the Indian Union Muslim League.

On the business front, Mr. Mundyathadka is the Managing Director of Mars Enviroclean Solution Pvt. Ltd., Max Plus Consultancy LLP, and Riaf Health Science LLP. He also founded Themer Abdulla Memorial Foundation, which focuses on education and charitable work.

Muhammed Ameen G M

C A Muhammed Ameen G M is a Chartered Accountant with a distinguished track record in accounting and finance, having completed the Chartered Accountancy course in Chennai with extensive practical experience. With over six years of professional experience, expertise spans financial reporting, auditing, and statutory compliance across various industries. In 2017, during the Chartered Accountancy training period, Tickit Business Solution—a firm focused on accounts and taxation—was co founded alongside two other partners. Building on this foundation, AMEEN AND CO Chartered Accountants was established in 2020, with its head office in Udma, Kasaragod, and a branch office in Mangalore. The firm now boasts a rich client profile in Kerala and Karnataka.

C K Prakas

Revenue Inspector

Mr. Prakas has a distinguished 33-year career in the land revenue sector, where he held roles such as Village Officer, Tahsildar, Sub Divisional Magistrate, and Additional District Magistrate. He was recognized for his contributions with awards like Best Tahsildar (2011), Best Census Charge Officer (2012), and Best Deputy Collector (2013).

Since retiring in 2017, he has dedicated his time to social and educational work. He is the General Coordinator for the Roshni Project, an Ernakulam District initiative providing multilingual education for children of migrant workers. Additionally, he serves as President of SPACE, an NGO supporting students in their academic and career pursuits.

Narayanan

Revenue Assistant Consultant

Narayanan is an experienced public service professional with a robust background in administrative roles within the Kerala Revenue Department. He has served as the Deputy Thahsildar of Kasaragod Taluk, where he was responsible for land administration, revenue collection, and various government functions at the taluk level. His career also includes significant experience as a Village Officer, having served in the villages of Ednad, Bela, and Koippady. In these roles, he managed land records, revenue matters, and provided essential administrative services to local communities.

Narayanan’s extensive experience in the public sector reflects his dedication to effective governance and community service.

Adv. B G Harindranath

Legal Advisor

B G Harindranath is a seasoned legal professional with over 40 years of experience. He began practicing at the High Court of Kerala in 1984 and joined the Kerala Judicial Service in 1991. He served as a professor at the National Judicial Academy in 2009 and later became the Law Secretary to the Government of Kerala (2015-2019). After retiring as a District and Sessions Judge, he resumed legal practice, currently serving as Standing Counsel for the Kerala Bank, KIIFB, and other institutions. His expertise spans constitutional, civil, criminal, and administrative law.

Adv. Riswana NM, enrolled under number K/817/2020, is a seasoned legal professional with a specialization in taxation law, holding a BBA LLB and an LLM. She began her career as a Junior Advocate at TKS & Associates, where she gained valuable courtroom experience under the mentorship of Senior Advocate T K Suthakaran.

As an Assistant Professor at Bhavan's PALSAR, she contributed to the education of future legal minds. Currently, she serves as the Legal Advisor and Administrator at Mars Envioclean Solution Pvt Ltd, where she ensures legal compliance, advises on regulatory matters, and supports initiatives in the water waste management sector.
